The Teachers' Training is a transformational experience, which integrates the student's daily life into the yoga training. Students strengthen their own yoga practice through self-discipline and awareness of the nature of mind, body and spirit. They also build a firm foundation in the yogic lifestyle and in skills to teach others instinctively and methodically. 

The Training provides an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice, meet new friends, and be a part of the growing global yoga community.

Our groups will be between 4 and 8 people. We like to keep the groups small and personable.

Yogi Sandeep Atri

Yogi Sandeep Atri was born near kurushetra ,Haryana which is the land of Mahabharta (A place where Krishna briefed path of truth to his disciple). His first teacher was his mother, who is a follower of Bhakti Yoga. So Yogi Sandeep Atri learned a path of yoga in childhood from his mother and other family members.

He is a spiritual speaker and very keen to learn and teach yoga so is often traveling around to enhance his skills. He has good knowledge of Meditation, Spirituality, Asana, Yoga philosophy, Self-healing and Stress management. Using Ayurvedic food and yoga he is trying to cure and heal people from different diseases. He has knowledge of yogic diet which helps to improve our yogic life because he believes what we eat our body and mind become the same.

He loves to teach yoga to children and has a dream to open a Yoga ashram for the upcoming generation where they can learn Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedas, Sanskrit and different languages from an early age which makes good Yogis who can spread peace, love, and paths of yoga all over the world.

Sandeep has experience working on yoga teacher trainings in Rishikesh since 2016.


Sandeep has masters of yoga from Haridwar and he is ERYT 200, RYT 500 certified. He has completed many small courses related to yoga. He is honored with a professional degree in Hotel Management and M.B.A. as well.
