The focus of the journey is: Breathe in, switch off, arrive and get to know the country in its beauty and depth.
The German Indian Team designed the two weeks with great variation. You experience a combination of physical Yoga, Yoga philosophy, meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), exciting excursions and time for yourself.
The special thing about this retreat is that you get both insights into the origins of yoga, Hinduism and the deep Buddhist culture.
